Freelancing is freedom.

Currently, I am building a tiny house on wheels. Yes, it’s like the tv shows, except I am completing this task without debt. Of course, it’s the harder road to take, but being the main provider for my family, I feel that it will benefit us all in the long-term to maintain our sense of adventure.

I can take my job, house, family -including belongings- anywhere I choose to go. Freelancing is freedom for me and my family. I can work the hours I want, make the money I need to live happily. I don’t want to be rich; I just want to be able to experience the world now, while I have a passion for it. I don’t want to live in regret that I didn’t see the Bonneville Salt Flats in Utah, or watch baby turtles hatch on the ocean shores, or bring my kids to Disneyland.

Traveling the United States is my first goal. Then, maybe someday, the world. With freelancing, I can bring my work to the deserts of Roswell, New Mexico; take photos in the Red wood Forest in California; or volunteer to help with natural disasters, or political causes. All without compromising my life’s value.

I plan to live my life to the fullest it can be, right now.

I enjoy working, designing and creating because it’s a true part of my positive personality. I have the opportunity to work and travel and I will not let that pass me by. The moments are now, and living an alternative lifestyle has made me realize my true purpose in life is to live it.

Freelancing is freedom, and with freedom I live my life happy.
